Where: Starts at North Broad Street and West Fisher Avenue and finishes a quarter-mile inside the gate at the Philadelphia Navy Yard at the end of South Broad Street.
When: Starts at 8:30 a.m. Last year's winner, Henry Rutto of Kenya, crossed the finish line in 47 minutes, 5 seconds. But other runners will still be on the course for hours afterward.
