George Hill scored 26 points and Paul George added 18 points and 14 rebounds Tuesday night, leading the host Indiana Pacers to a 93-82 victory over the New York Knicks and a three-games-to-one lead in the second-round series.

George Hill scored 26 points and Paul George added 18 points and 14 rebounds Tuesday night, leading the host Indiana Pacers to a 93-82 victory over the New York Knicks and a three-games-to-one lead in the second-round series.

Indiana needs one more win to reach the conference finals for the first time since 2004. Game 5 will be Thursday night at Madison Square Garden.

NBA scoring champ Carmelo Anthony fouled out with 24 points. J.R. Smith had 19 on another dreadful night for the Knicks.

The game followed a familiar pattern. New York's shooting was off, Indiana had a huge rebounding edge and the Knicks couldn't challenge in the second half.

Spurs take 3-2 lead

Tony Parker scored 25 points and had 10 rebounds and Tim Duncan added 14 points and 11 rebounds as the host San Antonio Spurs beat the Golden State Warriors, 109-91, Tuesday night to take a three-games-to-two lead in their Western Conference semifinals series.

Harrison Barnes led the Warriors with 25 points and seven rebounds.

Cavs' Waiters honored

Cavaliers guard and Philadelphia native Dion Waiters has been named to the NBA all-rookie first team and forward/center Tyler Zeller to the second team.

Waiters, the No. 4 overall selection out of Syracuse University in last year's draft, averaged 14.7 points, 2.4 rebounds, 3.0 assists this season. Among all rookies, he ranked second in points, fourth in assists and fourth in steals per game.

Waiters was joined on the first team by Portland's Damian Lillard, the league's rookie of the year, Washington's Bradley Beal, New Orleans' Anthony Davis and Golden State's Harrison Barnes.
