A woman filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court against 76ers swingman Nick Young, claiming that he drugged her at a bar in West Hollywood and later had nonconsensual sex with her, the Los Angeles Daily News reported.

The woman is seeking unspecified damages. She accused Young of sexual battery and false imprisonment in an alleged episode on Aug. 12, 2011.

The lawsuit claims the woman was given a "date rape" drug, the Daily News reported.

The Sixers and Young's representatives were not available for comment. Young has not been charged with a crime.

Young, 27, played high school basketball in Reseda, Calif. He played for the Los Angeles Clippers and Washington Wizards in 2011-12 before joining the Sixers this season. He averaged 10.6 points in 59 games for Philadelphia.
