Junior guard Natasha Cloud scored a career-high 21 points to lead the St. Joseph's women to a 73-53 victory over host Temple in a Big Five game Wednesday night.

Cloud, a Cardinal O'Hara graduate, also recorded 13 assists as the Hawks improved to 7-1 overall and 1-0 in the Big Five.

Natasha Thames scored 19 for Temple (4-2, 1-1).

Notre Dame 77, Penn State 67 - Natalie Achonwa had 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the No. 4 Fighting Irish (7-0) past the No. 10 Lions (5-2) in State College, Pa.

Penn State's leading scorer, Maggie Lucas (Germantown Academy) was held to just seven points.

Immaculata 76, Rosemont 66 - The Mighty Macs (5-1, 2-0) stayed undefeated at home and in the Colonial States Athletic Conference with a win over the Ravens (2-5, 1-1). Immaculata's Brittany Merkle (Archbishop Prendergast) had 19 points and 11 rebounds.

Philadelphia U. 65, Chestnut Hill 53 - Najah Jacobs (Central) came off the bench to record a game-high 17 points for the Rams (4-3, 2-0 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference) in a win over the visiting Griffins (1-5, 0-2).

Delaware Valley 77, King's 56 - In Doylestown, Brenna Coll (Springside) poured in 16 points as the Aggies (2-2, 1-0) beat the Monarchs (3-4, 0-1) in their Freedom Conference opener.
