Holt, 25, set an NCAA record as a senior with a .208 goals-against average while leading the NCAA with 19 shutouts. He has played for Union affiliates Reading United AC of the Premier Development League and the Harrisburg City Islanders of the USL PRO league. Terms were not disclosed.
His signing gives the Union three goalkeepers, including veteran Zac MacMath and Connecticut's Andre Blake, the top overall pick in January's Major League Soccer SuperDraft. They had only two keepers last season.

COLLEGES Imhotep Charter senior defensive tackle Tyrone Barge, who last season helped the Panthers go 12-3 and advance to the PIAA Class AA state championship game, has committed to play at Rhode Island. "I really like the campus, and I like the staff that the new coach [Jim Fleming, the former defensive coordinator at Central Florida] has put together," the 6-foot-1, 270-pounder said. Barge considered scholarship offers from Delaware State and New Hampshire, among others.
