A look at the five quarterbacks on the Eagles' roster
Facts and figures about the five signal-callers on the Eagles right now.
Looking at the five quarterbacks on Eagles roster:
Sam Bradford
Age: 27. Turns 28 on Nov. 8.
Height/Weight: 6-4/224.
2014: Playing for the Rams, Bradford tore his left ACL in the preseason and missed the entire year. It was the second consecutive year he ripped up that knee.
Career record: 18-30-1.
2015 role: Anybody who professes to know this is kidding themselves.
Notable: Bradford's career completion mark is 58.6 percent.
Mark Sanchez
Age: 28. Turns 29 on Nov. 11.
Height/Weight: 6-2/225.
2014: Went 4-4 as a starter for the Eagles after Nick Foles got hurt.
Career record: 37-33 in the regular season, 4-2 in the playoffs.
2015 role: Signed a 2-year deal for up to $16 million if incentives are reached. With $5.5 million guaranteed, he's probably the only QB on the current roster assured of being an Eagle.
Notable: Sanchez completed 64.1 percent of his passes last year to break Nick Foles' mark from the year before. So the two highest completion-percentage seasons in Eagles history have come under Chip Kelly.
Matt Barkley
Age: 24. Turns 25 on Sept. 8.
Height/Weight: 6-2/227.
2014: Appeared in one game, mopping up in a 24-point win over Carolina. His only pass attempt was incomplete.
Career record: Has never started a game. Had four interceptions and no touchdowns in two games of extensive action in 2013.
2015 role: Will compete for third quarterback position if he's not traded.
Notable: Barkley was a fourth-round pick in 2013, and the fourth quarterback taken. E.J. Manuel, Geno Smith and Mike Glennon were picked ahead of him.
G.J. Kinne
Age: 26. Turns 27 on Dec. 1.
Height/Weight: 6-2/234.
2014: Spent the season on the Eagles' practice squad.
Career record: Has not appeared in an NFL game.
2015 role: Reportedly going to switch from quarterback to receiver/kick returner.
Notable: His full name is Gary Joe Kinne.
Tim Tebow
Age: 27. Turns 28 on Aug. 14.
Height/Weight: 6-2/236.
2014: Spent the year as a college football analyst for the SEC Network. Wasn't too bad, either.
Career record: 8-6 in the regular season, 1-1 in the playoffs.
2015 role: Opening-day starter . . . and the next day Chip Kelly is introduced as the new head coach for the University of New Hampshire.
Notable: Tebow is extremely religious, has never had any known brushes with the law and - for some reason - is one of the most excoriated athletes of the last 20 years.
