What is an OTA? You'll hear "OTA" often during the next three weeks. It stands for organized team activity. Contact is not allowed and the workouts are not mandatory to attend, but teams can conduct 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills for the first time during the offseason program.

How long do they last? The Eagles have OTAs from Tuesday to Thursday this week. They also have OTAs on June 1-2 and 4 and June 8-11. The offseason program concludes with a mandatory minicamp from June 16-18.

When will Chip Kelly speak? Kelly addresses reporters on Thursday, which is the first day of OTAs that will be open to reporters. That is also the first time that Sam Bradford might be seen in an Eagles practice jersey, that Tim Tebow speaks publicly as an Eagle, and that the other high-profile additions such as DeMarco Murray, Byron Maxwell, and Kiko Alonso will be seen on the field. - Zach Berman
