About Temple: This will be the Owls' 19th game against the nation's No. 1 team. They are 2-16 in those games. . . . This also will be the third time they've played a top 25 team this season. They had back-to-back wins over No. 25 Florida State and No. 19 West Virginia in the NIT Season Tip-Off. . . . Brown, who returned to action on Nov. 30, made his first start in Saturday's win over DePaul and posted a career-high seven steals to go with 11 points and five assists. . . . Enechionyia has knocked down 30 three-point baskets in 10 games while Alston boasts a 4.6 assist-to-turnover ratio.

About Villanova: With a win, the Wildcats can extend two Big Five records they currently own – most consecutive City Series wins (now at 17) and most city titles in succession (now at three). . . . They also will set a program record with their 17th straight overall win. . . . Brunson suffered an ankle injury in the first half against Notre Dame and was limited in the second half, but Wright said "I think he'll play" against Temple. . . . Guard Phil Booth is expected to miss his eighth straight game with left knee swelling. . . . Hart's 37-point game against Notre Dame raised his shooting percentages to 57.3 overall from the field, 46.7 percent from three-point range and 78.4 percent from the line.
