Eagles' Jackson out with personal issue

Eagles center Jamaal Jackson is not at practice today because of a personal issue, coach Andy Reid said. It is unclear when Jackson will return.

Eagles center Jamaal Jackson is not at practice today because of a personal issue, coach Andy Reid said. Nick Cole will work as the starting center until Jackson returns.

Wide receiver Reggie Brown is expected to practice today, but will likely not start Sunday against Pittsburgh or carry a full workload because of his lingering hamstring injury. Reid indicated the Eagles would work Brown into the rotation. Brown seemed likely to play last Monday against Dallas and was on the field running routes during pregame warmups but was then inactive for the game.

Guard Shawn Andrews (back), fullback Tony Hunt (hamstring) and defensive tackle Trevor Laws (quadriceps) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game, Reid said.

Defensive lineman Victor Abiamiri and wide receiver Kevin Curtis remain sidelined.

More updates later.
