Jesse Hart looking for fifth win of year

Super middleweight prospect Jesse Hart will fight Samuel Miller at 2300 Arena on Saturday night.

NORTH PHILADELPHIA super middleweight prospect Jesse Hart looks to win his fifth fight of the year tomorrow night at South Philly's 2300 Arena (2300 S. Swanson Street).

Undefeated in 15 bouts with 12 knockouts, Hart, 25, fights 35-year-old Samuel Miller (28-9, 25 knockouts) to headline a card promoted by Top Rank, Peltz Boxing and BAM Boxing.

The fight is scheduled for eight rounds. In another eight-rounder, 21-year-old lightweight Felix Verdejo (15-0, 11 KOs), of Puerto Rico, fights Spain's Karim el Ouazghari (16-5-2, 4 KOs).

Hart, the son of former middleweight contender Eugene "Cyclone" Hart, last fought in October, when he knocked out Roberto Jose Acevedo in four rounds at Bally's Atlantic City. This will be his first fight at the South Philly arena.
