The Engineers drained 19 of their 23 free throws to stave off the Cardinals.

Brittany Hrynko led the Engineers with 24 points.

Senior Averie Brittin hit a three-pointer with five seconds left to give host Souderton a 36-35 win over rival Christopher Dock.

Leila Weiss scored 15 points and Lauren Proud added 14 as St. Pius X won at Penn Wood, 53-38.

Penn Charter broke open a close game with an 18-7 second-quarter run in a 55-39 win over visiting Central. Brianna Butler led the Quakers with 19 points.

Noelle Alicea's two free throws with 16 seconds left helped host Downingtown East edge Villa Maria, 37-34.

Alexis Rice's 13 points led Solebury School to a 40-20 win at Perkiomen School.

Tali Sved scored 16 points to lead Stern Hebrew to a 49-23 win at Community Academy of Philadelphia.

Catholic. Jess Rotella's putback with eight seconds left in overtime gave host Archbishop Prendergast a 39-38 win over Lansdale Catholic.

Natasha Cloud's 16 points helped Cardinal O'Hara to a 56-24 win over visiting West Catholic.

Catholic Academies. Steph Smith scored eight of her 14 points in the first quarter for Mount St. Joseph in a 63-32 win at Gwynedd-Mercy.

Inter-Ac. Meghan McCullough's 19 points and 10 rebounds powered host Notre Dame past Episcopal Academy, 59-52.

Springside opened up a 21-1 lead and coasted to a 58-9 win over Baldwin behind Fran Edmondson's 12 points and seven rebounds.

Central. Sophomore point guard Jamie Morris hit four three-pointers and finished with 15 points to lead host Strath Haven past Marple Newtown, 45-32. Teammate Ana White led the Panthers with 16 points.

Radnor got 23 points and nine rebounds from Kelyn Freedman in a 67-31 win over visiting Penncrest. Teammate Allison Heath scored a career-high.

Katie Fitzpatrick and Rudee Abello each hit a pair of free throws in the final minute to give host Upper Darby a 35-34 win over Lower Merion.

Bicentennial. Morrisville went on a 22-5 second-quarter run and came away with a 56-30 win at Calvary Christian. JahMirra Chambers led the Bulldogs with 11 points.

Allie Morganstein hit four three-pointers as host Lower Moreland outlasted New Hope-Solebury, 50-45. Alyssa Isler's 32 points for New Hope-Solebury included an 18-for-18 night at the line.
