STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - The "Whitehouse" game is on hold this season at Penn State.

Tickets for the Nittany Lions' game Sept. 25 against Temple said that was the day fans would be encouraged to wear all white to Beaver Stadium.

But the athletic department said that was a misprint, and the next planned Whitehouse game is for 2011 against Alabama. A team spokesman says the same tickets will still be good, though, for admission to the Temple-Penn State game.

The all-stadium whiteout is typically reserved for marquee opponents or games played in prime time. The last such game was last season, when Penn State lost, 21-10, to Iowa.
