Carleton Scott made all eight of his shots, including three three-pointers, and had 20 points. Ben Hansbrough had 14 points with eight assists for Notre Dame (10-1).
Marcus Rouse led the Seawolves (4-6) with 15 points, while Anthony Jackson added 12 and Dave Coley had 11.
Notre Dame began the second half with a 17-7 run. That followed a 12-2 run before the break.
Jack Cooley's three-point play with just under five minutes gone in the second half made it 58-35.
