The Setters from Pace (24-8) posted their highest point total of the season as they eliminated the Tigers (24-5). Pace advances to the Sweet 16 and the regional championship game tomorrow.

Holy Family built a 13-5 lead in the game's first 6 minutes, but Pace hit 12 of 19 shots and used a 21-4 run over a 6-minute stretch to take a 26-17 lead with 8:43 left in the first half. Pace led 44-32 at halftime.

The Tigers closed the gap to eight points at 57-49 with 12:13 remaining in the game, but the Setters pushed the lead back into double figures to control the game the rest of the way. Pace nailed 11 of 14 free throws in the final 2:30 to lock up the victory.

The Setters had four players score in double figures, led by Brittany Huggins with 24 points. Brittany Shields had 20 points and seven rebounds, while Carol Johnson tallied 11 points, seven rebounds and a game-high eight assists.
