About the Aztecs: They earned their first NCAA Tournament victory in school history with a 68-50 victory over Northern Colorado yesterday. With a six-point halftime lead, SDSU pulled away in the second half on 50 percent shooting. Kawhi Leonard had 21 points and 10 rebounds, his 23rd double-double of the season; he has 40 for his career. Billy White had 12 points and 13 rebounds (seven on the offensive glass) ... This marked the first year in program history SDSU was nationally ranked in both the Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today Top 25 polls ... Senior D.J.
