West Chester, Rowan, Widener, DelVal all win

Carroll, a Unionville High grad, transferred from Northwestern and helped West Chester raise its record to 3-3 overall and 2-1 in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference East. Shippensburg fell to 0-5 and 0-3.

Carroll hooked up with Tim Keyser (Garnet Valley) twice for TDs and hit Eric Brundidge (North Catholic) on a 58-yard scoring pass as West Chester racked up 470 yards of total offense and earned its first road victory of 2011 and second in the last 10 contests away from home.

Rams running back Rondell White (Rustin) carried 19 times for 112 yards and a touchdown.

Rowan 30, William Paterson 21 - Running back Steve Hevalow (Absegami) totaled 156 yards rushing and two TDs as the Profs (3-2, 3-1 New Jersey Athletic Conference) beat the Pioneers (2-3, 1-3) in Wayne, N.J.

Quarterback Louie Bianchini completed 10 of 19 passes for 187 yards and a TD.

Wide receiver Mick Paye (Rancocas Valley) had three catches for 109 yards and two touchdowns for William Paterson.

Widener 55, FDU-Florham 3 - Chris Haupt was 20-for-28 passing for 274 yards and four TDs as the Pride (5-1, 3-1 Middle Atlantic Conference) roasted the Devils (0-5, 0-3) in Chester.

Cedrick Clayton (Cinnaminson) had seven receptions for 145 yards and two scores.

Widener broke the school record for most points scored in consecutive games with 125, breaking the mark of 122 set during wins of 66-8 over Lebanon Valley and 56-21 against Juniata in 1995. The Pride last week notched a 70-0 victory over King's.

Lehigh 30, Bucknell 6 - Chris Lum threw four TD passes to lead the Mountain Hawks (5-1, 1-0 Patriot League) past the Bison (4-2, 1-1), extending the longest current winning streak - 14 - over one opponent in the Football Championship Subdivision.

Lum, who now has 300 or more passing yards in every game this season, was 30 of 37 for 368 yards and an interception. The Lehigh quarterback hit both Jimmy Jefferson (Pennridge) and Jake Drwal on 9-yard touchdowns and threw a pair to Ryan Spadola.

Lehigh outgained Bucknell, 416-246, on offense, and tallied a season-high 10 sacks against the Bison.

Delaware Valley 14, Wilkes 6 - Kyle Schuberth (Msgr. Bonner) rushed 25 times for a career-high 158 yards and a TD to lead the 10th-ranked Aggies (6-0, 4-0 MAC, No. 10 in NCAA Division III) past the Colonels (2-3, 2-2) in Edwardsville, Pa.

Aaron Wilmer (George Washington) was 12 for 24 for 167 yards and a TD and added 30 yards on the ground. Lewis Vincent (Bensalem) led the receivers with four catches for 70 yards.

C.W. Post 24, Millersville 6 - Steve Laurino carried 28 times for 131 yards and two TDs to lead the Pioneers (3-3, 3-0 PSAC East) to the win at Millersville (2-4, 1-2).

Kutztown 49, East Stroudsburg 32 - The Golden Bears (5-1, 2-1 PSAC East) got a 100-yard kick return from Josh Mastromatto (Upper Dublin) and a 60-yard interception return for a TD from John Kreuer to top the visiting Warriors (1-5, 0-3).

Lebanon Valley 24, Albright 17 - Ben Guiles ran for 120 yards and a TD while catching two passes for 83 yards and two more TDs as the Dutchmen (4-1, 2-1 MAC) scored 17 unanswered points in the second half.

Bloomsburg 45, Cheyney 10 - Head coach Danny Hale earned his 200th career victory as the Huskies (6-0, 3-0 PSAC East, No. 2 in NCAA Division II) eased past the visiting Wolves (1-5, 0-3 PSAC). Hale is a former coach at West Chester University, where he played from 1964 to '68.

Justin Watkins scored on a 4-yard run for Cheyney's only TD.

Lycoming 42, King's 10 - Tight end Greg Kovacs (Father Judge) caught two touchdown passes as the Warriors (4-1 overall, 2-1 MAC) rolled past the Monarchs (1-4, 1-3) in Wilkes-Barre.

Clarion 54, Lock Haven 6 - Ben Fiscus rushed for 204 yards and two TDs and passed for two more scores to lead the Golden Eagles (1-5, 1-2 PSAC West) past the Bald Eagles (0-5, 0-3) in Clarion, Pa.

Kean 34, Buffalo State 27 - The Cougars (5-0, 4-0 NJAC) scored 17 unanswered fourth-quarter points to erase a 10-point deficit and the Bengals (2-4, 2-3) in Wayne, N.J. Kean is off to just the second 5-0 start in its history.

Quarterback Thomas D'Ambrisi (Monmouth Regional) completed 21 of 43 passes for 191 yards and eclipsed 6,000 career passing yards. The four-year starter now has 6,081 career passing yards and 52 career touchdown passes, both the second highest in school history.

Norfolk State 48, Delaware State 31 - Chris Walley threw two TDs and ran for another as the Spartans (5-1, 3-0 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) defeated the Hornets (2-3, 0-3) in Dover, Del.

Nick Elko had 339 passing yards and two TDs for Delaware State.
