St. Joseph's, the fifth seed, dictated the action for the most part in a 69-57 victory over fourth-seeded Richmond (22-8).
Michelle Baker (Brandywine) scored 20 points, while Ashley Prim added 15 for the Hawks.
Second-seeded Temple (21-8) struggled most of its game before taking a 64-55 win over seventh-seeded Duquesne (20-11). The Owls' Shey Peddy, the A-10 player of the year, got 27 of her 30 points in the second half.
In Sunday's semifinals, St. Joseph's at noon will face top-seeded and 19th-ranked St. Bonaventure (28-2), which dispatched eighth-seeded La Salle, 68-53, to end the Explorers' season at 14-17.
Temple will meet third-seeded Dayton (21-6), which wrapped up the quarterfinal action with a 69-51 win over 11th-seeded St. Louis (11-20).
Holy Family 71, Sciences 46 - Ana Cruz had 22 points, Erin Mann (Villa Maria) added 18, and Kelly Brady (Ocean City) had 15 as the Tigers (24-7) beat the Devils (19-11) to win their sixth CACC tourney championship in Caldwell, N.J.

Big East. Shoni Schimmel scored 15 of her 20 points in the first half and No. 20 Louisville trounced Villanova, 63-47, in the tourney in Hartford, Conn. Laura Sweeney had 13 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Wildcats.
Big Ten. Antionette Howard had 13 points and 13 rebounds to lead No. 21 Purdue (23-8) to a 68-66 semifinal win over No. 9 Penn State (24-6) in Indianapolis. In the other semi, Jordan Hooper had 21 points and 10 rebounds as No. 24 Nebraska (24-7) took a 77-62 win over No. 14 Ohio State (25-6).
Southeastern Conference. Courtney Jones had 18 points and Louisiana State (22-9) outscored No. 10 Kentucky (25-6) at the free throw line by 28 points to win their semifinal, 72-61, in Nashville.
