Brett Hundley threw for 281 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for two scores as the Bruins (4-1, 1-1 Pac-12) improved to 30-10-2 in the weeks following a loss that dropped them from the rankings. They tumbled from No. 19 last week with a loss at home to Oregon State.

Johnathan Franklin set the tone early, running for 97 of his 111 yards in the first half againsat the Buffaloes (1-4, 1-1).

Old Dominion 45, Richmond 37 - Taylor Heinicke threw two touchdowns and rushed for another - all in the first half - as the Monarchs (5-0, 1-0 Colonial Athletic Association) defeated the Spiders (3-2, 1-1) in Richmond Va.

Heinicke, who set NCAA records for total offense and passing yards in a game in ODU's 64-61 win over New Hampshire last week, finished with 360 yards on 32-of-42 passing. The sophomore now has 2,281 passing yards this season after posting 2,385 passing yards all of last season.

New Hampshire 34, Delaware 14 - Andy Vailas threw two touchdown passes and ran for a third as the Wildcats (3-2, 1-1 Colonial Athletic Association) rallied past the Blue Hens (4-1, 1-1) in Durham, N.H.

Sacred Heart 34, Central Connecticut State 21 - Keshaudas Spence ran for 123 yards and a touchdown and quarterback Luke Wischnowski (Archbishop Carroll) went 12 for 16 with a touchdown to lead the Pioneers (1-3, 1-1 Northeast Conference) over the host Blue Devils (0-5, 0-2) in Fairfield, Conn. Wischnowski opened the game by completing 10 straight passes.

Stony Brook 23, Army 3 - Miguel Maysonet rushed for 220 yards and two touchdowns as the Seawolves (4-1) notched their first victory against a Football Bowl Subdivision team by dominating the Black Knights (0-4) in West Point, N.Y.

Middle Tennessee State 49, Georgia Tech 28 - Benny Cunningham rushed for 217 yards and five touchdowns as the Blue Raiders (3-1) beat the Yellow Jackets (2-3) in Atlanta.

Miami 44, North Carolina State 37 - Stephen Morris threw for 566 yards and five touchdowns, and the Hurricanes (4-1, 3-0 ACC) got by the Wolfpack (3-2, 0-1) in Miami.

North Carolina 66, Idaho 0 - Bryn Renner threw three touchdown passes as the Tar Heels (3-2) routed the Vandals (0-5) in Chapel Hill, N.C.
