The coaches will preview the coming season for their teams. Reservations are required and can be made by contacting Monica Johnson at monica.johnson@cancer.org.

Owls host runners. Temple will host the Atlantic Ten Conference cross-country championships Saturday in Fairmount Park, with the men's 8-kilometer and women's 5K races on Belmont Plateau.

Field hockey. Eastern locked up the second seed behind King's in the Freedom Conference with a 6-0 win Tuesday at Delaware Valley (7-10, 4-3 conference). The Eagles ended the regular season at 13-5 and 6-1, outscoring conference opponents by 41-11.

Junior Jess Jaindl scored three goals Tuesday for her third consecutive hat trick and fourth this season. Senior Kelby Bolton scored twice, and Kaycie Andrew scored the Eagles' sixth goal of the game.

Ursinus senior forward Catherine Bitterly scored a pair of goals in the second half as the Bears (9-7) recorded a 3-2 win over Catholic University (9-7). Freshman forward Samantha Macchio added a goal for the hosts.

Women's volleyball. Widener clinched its sixth consecutive berth in the Commonwealth Conference tournament with a 3-0 win (25-18, 25-9, 25-16) over Albright. Senior Angela DiMaria (Archbishop Wood) had five kills.

Women's tennis. Top-seeded Petra Januskova of Penn State defeated No. 2 seed Li Xi of Virginia in straight sets for the singles championship in the ITA Atlantic Regionals.

Men's soccer. With the winner gaining a spot in the Commonwealth Conference tournament, Widener (7-8-2, 4-3-1 CC) lost, 3-0, at Lebanon Valley (12-3-2, 5-2-1).

Women's soccer. Megan Tole (Archbishop Ryan) scored the game-winner as Holy Family secured a spot in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference tournament with a 4-3 victory over Chestnut Hill.

Holy Family improved to 7-10-0 overall and 7-5-0 in the CACC, while Chestnut Hill fell to 7-10-0 and 7-5-0.

Sophomore Phoebe Miller scored two goals as Haverford clinched a spot in the Centennial Conference tournament with a 6-0 home win over Washington College. The Fords are 12-3-1 overall and 6-2-1 in the conference.

Weekly honors. Rowan dominated the New Jersey Athletic Conference cross-country awards, with junior Vanessa Wright (Haddonfield) named the women's runner of the week, and freshman Deanna Wood (Eastern) earning rookie honors.

On the men's side, Rowan sophomore Jon Sewnig (Notre Dame) was the runner of the week and freshman Tim Dole (Clearview) was the rookie winner.

After winning all three individual events in which he swam, La Salle freshman Johan Roth was named Atlantic 10 co-rookie of the week.

Richard Stockton senior Stephanie Warner was selected as the NJAC women's volleyball player of the week.

Rowan freshman Danielle Havlicek was the NJAC volleyball rookie of the week.

Rutgers-Camden senior Catherine Tadeja (Cherry Hill East) won her fifth NJAC defensive volleyball player-of-the-week honor.

Amanda Hickman (Millville), a Rutgers-Camden freshman, won her fifth NJAC women's tennis rookie award.

Montclair State junior Kelsie Donahue (Egg Harbor Township) was the NJAC women's swimmer of the week and freshman teammate Natalie Papantoniou (Mainland) earned the diving award. Rowan swimmer Olivia Wojtowicz received rookie honors.

For the men, Rowan senior Max Tyburski was the swimmer of the week and freshman teammate Tyler Coe took the rookie award.
