Wisconsin 45, Minnesota 44 - Traevon Jackson hit a 15-foot jumper from the right side with 4 seconds left as the host Badgers (14-6, 5-2 Big Ten) upset the No. 12 Golden Gophers (15-5, 3-4). The loss was the fourth straight for Minnesota. Wisconsin ended a two-game slide.

Ohio State 65, Penn State 51 - The Nittany Lions (8-12, 0-8 Big Ten) went 11-plus minutes in the first half without a field goal in their home loss to the No. 14 Buckeyes (15-4, 5-2). Jermaine Marshall had 16 points for Penn State, which has lost 18 straight to Ohio State.

Notre Dame 73, South Florida 65 - In Big East action in Tampa, Fla., Jerian Grant scored 18 points and Tom Knight added 17 for the 24th-ranked Irish (16-4, 4-3) in their stomping of the hapless Bulls (10-9, 1-6).
