Lucas added five rebounds and two assists for the Nittany Lions (20-3, 10-1 Big Ten). Alex Bentley led Penn State with 24 points.

Annalise Pickrel scored 16 points for the Spartans (18-6, 6-4).

Charlotte 71, St. Joseph's 66 - The host Hawks (16-6, 7-1) had their eight-game winning streak snapped as they dropped their first Atlantic Ten game of the season, losing to the 49ers (18-4, 7-1).

Natasha Cloud (Cardinal O'Hara) tallied 12 points and a team-high seven assists, and Erin Shields (Archbishop Carroll) had 13 points and four assists.

Drexel 64, Old Dominion 50 - Drexel's Hollie Mershon (Archbishop Carroll) led all scorers with 19 points, adding six assists and seven rebounds.

Nicki Jones had 15 points, three blocks and five rebounds, while Taylor Wootton chipped in 12 points and five boards as the host Dragons (16-7, 7-4 Colonial Athletic Association) beat the Monarchs (16-7, 7-4).

Marquette 60, Villanova 56 - The visiting Golden Eagles (12-11, 4-6 Big East) made 10 of their first 13 shots, but the Wildcats clawed back to go up by 39-37 at halftime before faltering. Laura Sweeney (Cherokee) scored a season-high 26 points for Villanova (16-7, 5-5).

Temple 54, St. Louis 50 - Victoria Macaulay scored 16 points and blocked a career-high nine shots to lead the host Owls (11-12, 4-4 Atlantic Ten) over the Billikens (10-13, 4-4).

Xavier 58, La Salle 53 - The Musketeers used a 15-2 run to wipe out the Explorers' 14-point second-half lead and beat La Salle in Cincinnati.

Shanel Harrison led all scorers with 17 points. Ebonee Jones added 15 points and six rebounds while playing all 40 minutes for La Salle (7-16, 3-5 Atlantic Ten). Xavier improved to 8-15, 2-7.

Delaware 71, James Madison 64 - Elena Delle Donne poured in 20 points to become the Colonial Athletic Association's all-time leading scorer and added 10 rebounds to help the No. 20 Blue Hens (20-3, 11-0) hold off the host Dukes (15-8, 9-2) for their 15th straight win.

Holy Family 66, Felician 57 - The Tigers extended their winning streak to nine games by beating the Golden Falcons in Rutherford, N.J.

Holy Family improved to 21-2 and 15-1 in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference.

Senior Erin Mann (Villa Maria) led the winners with 28 points. She shot 9 of 20 from the field and 10 of 13 from the free-throw line, recorded five steals, and blocked three shots.

Felician fell to 6-16, 6-9.
