According to the report, a state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement officer said he saw an adult give a beer to Haplea (Annandale, N.J.) near a State College beer distributor at about 9:56 p.m. on Saturday.
Charges are reportedly pending against the individual who furnished the alcohol to Haplea, 19.
Haplea remains listed as the Nittany Lions second-string tight end behind Andrew Szczerba on the Nittany Lions depth chart for Saturday's game against Temple. The 6-foot-4, 251-pound sophomore has no receptions this season. He started three games in 2010 and caught just three passes for 39 yards.
