JOSH BROWN, a 6-2 senior guard from St. Anthony High School in Jersey City, N.J., who originally committed to Temple, will announce his college destination Monday afternoon on New York's cable station SNY.

Fran Dunphy's Owls, who will be moving from the Atlantic 10 to the Big East starting in the 2013-14 season, are still a possibility. The other finalists are Rhode Island, Providence and Penn State. Brown announced in June that he was reopening the recruitment process.

Considered one of the better prospects at his position, Brown plays for Bob Hurley Sr. The new coach at Rhode Island is Hurley's son, Dan. His top assistant is brother Bobby, the former Duke star who spent the past two seasons on Dan's staff at Wagner.
