Temple coach Matt Rhule, Rutgers coach Chris Ash, and Ohio State coach Urban Meyer will attend with members of their staffs. Rhule was not available for comment.
The camp is for players entering ninth through 12th grades this fall. The fee is $30 per player.
Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh has been the face of satellite camps, scheduling several around the country. Harbaugh will hold a New Jersey camp on June 8 at Paramus Catholic.
On April 8, the NCAA Division I Council announced that all satellite camps were to be shut down, with concerns about recruiting advantages that they presented. However, three weeks later the NCAA board of directors rescinded the ban.
