Eastern Michigan at Temple, 1 p.m.

The last of Temple's four Mid-American opponents is 4-4. Wins: Radford, at Manhattan, at St. Bonaventure, Illinois State. Losses: Brown, at Oakland, Detroit, at Notre Dame.

Tennessee at Xavier, 2 p.m.

The Musketeers look to rebound and get back in the top 25 after losing at Arizona State. Tennessee's only loss was at Texas.

Bucknell at Drexel, 6 p.m. St. Joseph's Prep graduate John Griffin leads Bucknell with 15.1 points a game.

Texas at Michigan State, 6:30 p.m.

This is a chance for Michigan State's Drew Neitzel to prove he deserved his preseason first-team AP all-American status.

Columbia at Villanova, 7 p.m.

The Lions, coached by former Wildcats assistant Joe Jones, are 4-6.

Friday

St. Joseph's at Siena, 7 p.m.

Another real road test for the Hawks. Siena is 5-3, with a win over Stanford.

Butler at Southern Illinois, 9 p.m.

Southern Illinois was ranked 24th in the preseason but is 4-5. Butler was unranked going in but is 10-1 and ranked 16th.
