$100G on the line in Delaware betting

SOMEBODY IN Delaware is alive for some serious money again.
Two years ago, in the first year of the parlay betting on NFL players, one bettor had the first 14 games on his 15-game card correct. If he had won the 15th game, he would have won $100,000 on a $5 bet. He lost the final game.
Same thing happened last year. The player had 14 in a row and lost the final game.
In both cases, the player could have ensured a solid profit by betting the other side of the final game as a single-game proposition.
Well, there is a player with 13 straight going into this weekend. With only 13 games played last weekend, two games were carried into this weekend - Texans at Ravens and Eagles at Redskins.
The player has the Eagles and Ravens. And he has the best of the point spread. On his card, the Eagles are locked in at plus-1 and the Ravens minus-4. The Eagles are now minus-1 1/2 and the Ravens are minus-7 1/2 over the Texans.
If the Eagles and Ravens both cover on his card, he gets the $100,000.
What the player could do to give himself a potentially nice profit is this: Bet $22,000 ($44,000 total) to win $20,000 on the Redskins and Texans. He would win $40,000 if the Skins and Texans cover the 1 1/2 and 7 1/2 ($20,000 plus $20,000). He would win $56,000 if the Eagles and Ravens cover the favorable plus-1 and minus-4 ($100,000 minus $44,000). He would win $140,000 if both games fall in the middle - Eagles tie or win by 1 and Ravens win by 5, 6 or 7.
That the Eagles-Redskins is at 1 p.m. and the Ravens-Texans at 4:05 p.m. might give the player options. He could make a nice bet on the Redskins and then wait. If that loses (meaning he would still be alive on the parlay card), he could then make an even bigger bet on the Texans, ensuring some kind of profit.
There are many ways to proceed. Whatever he chooses, he is in a very nice spot at the moment.
By the way, the player barely stayed alive Monday. He had the Lions minus-6. They led by 11 on the final play of the game when Ndamukong Suh tackled Bears' Sam Hurd from behind on the 2-yard line. If Hurd gets in, the player is out.
