Colts LB Session's status uncertain for Sunday
INDIANAPOLIS - A broken arm and a dislocated elbow couldn't prevent Indianapolis linebacker Clint Session from finishing the Colts' game Monday night against Houston. The injuries might, however, end his season.
INDIANAPOLIS - A broken arm and a dislocated elbow couldn't prevent Indianapolis linebacker Clint Session from finishing the Colts' game Monday night against Houston. The injuries might, however, end his season.
Agent Harold Lewis confirmed the injuries to Session's right arm, but later said he hoped to play Sunday against the Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.
Coach Jim Caldwell has provided no update on Session this week.
"As far as I know, he is not going on injured reserve and he hopes to be playing this weekend," Lewis said.
Eleven Colts are on injured reserve, including All-Pro tight end Dallas Clark (wrist), safety Melvin Bullitt (safety), kick returner Devin Moore (nerve damage) and rookie cornerback Kevin Thomas (knee), who was injured during an offseason minicamp.
Receiver Austin Collie missed Monday's game after having surgery on his right thumb during the bye week. Collie was a full participant in yesterday's practice.
Running back Joseph Addai hasn't practiced since injuring his left shoulder Oct. 17 at Washington. His replacement, Mike Hart, missed both days of practice this week with a sore ankle. *
