The Eagles weren't required to update the status of DeSean Jackson or Jeremy Maclin, but the injured wide receivers were expected to be cleared to play Sunday barring unforeseen setbacks, team sources said Saturday.
Jackson (hamstring) and Maclin (hip) were listed as questionable on Friday's injury report. Both were partial participants in Friday's practice and were involved in Saturday's walk-through in preparation for the home opener against the Ravens.
Maclin, who did not practice Wednesday or Thursday, told reporters Friday that he expected to play. Jackson, who pulled a hamstring during Wednesday's practice and sat out Thursday, was unavailable for comment.
The Eagles had until 4 p.m. Saturday to sign one of three receivers off their practice squad, an emergency move if Maclin wasn't ready. They did not. They have four other active receivers on their roster - Jason Avant, Damaris Johnson, Riley Cooper, and the recently signed Mardy Gilyard.
