Eagles Notes: Menkin out, linebacker Rau in

The Eagles officially placed offensive lineman Nate Menkin on injured reserve with a throat cartilage injury. They added linebacker Ryan Rau, who was on the practice squad, to the 53-man roster to take Menkin's spot. Rau traveled to Tampa.
