Four Eagles missed Friday's organized team activity, the final voluntary workout in the three-week stretch of OTAs. The team begins mandatory minicamp on Tuesday.

Running back LeSean McCoy was absent from practice, but he was at the facility earlier in the day to lift weights, work out and attend meetings. He had a personal matter on Friday afternoon, but he is expected to return on Monday to take a physical and practice on Tuesday.

Cornerback Cary Williams, who was absent for a month of the offseason program, missed Friday because of his daughter's recital. Williams previously missed time due to his wedding, the building of his home and dental work. He was unconcerned about his missed time when asked about it on Tuesday, saying, "Cream will rise to the top" when the pads come on.

Safety Kenny Phillips, who missed practice earlier this week for precautionary reasons, was not at the facility on Friday because of the birth of his child. Phillips dealt with knee issues while with the New York Giants.

Tackle Jason Peters continues to miss practice for the second consecutive week. Owner Jeffrey Lurie said Wednesday that Peters has a personal issue and that he empathizes with Peters.

DeSean Jackson sat out of practice with an ankle injury, but he was on the field with the team.
