1. Houston Texans

Jadeveon Clowney DE, South Carolina

Bill O'Brien will look to move out of the top spot, but he will have to settle for taking the best talent in the draft.

2. St. Louis Rams

Greg Robinson T, Auburn

The Rams can't replace Sam Bradford here, but they protect him with a tackle who has "10-year all-pro" written all over him.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars

Khalil Mack OLB, Buffalo

The Jags have a tough time passing on Sammy Watkins, but Gus Bradley needs a pass rusher to fill the "Leo" spot in his hybrid front.

4. Cleveland Browns

Sammy Watkins WR, Clemson

The buzz is true - the Browns aren't interested in Johnny Manziel this early - and they strengthen their receiver group by taking the best available.

5. Oakland Raiders

Jake Matthews T, Texas A&M

After Watkins goes, the Raiders are tempted by Mike Evans but stay true to their board and select a plug-in-and-start tackle.

6. Atlanta Falcons

Taylor Lewan T, Michigan

Lewan may be a bit of a reach at this spot, but Falcons GM Thomas Dimitroff has been known to draft for need.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Johnny Manziel QB, Texas A&M

The new regime in Tampa isn't sold on Mike Glennon and decides now is the time to push its cards in on getting a franchise quarterback.

8. San Francisco 49ers (trade with Minnesota)

Mike Evans WR, Texas A&M

The draft-pick-rich 49ers make an aggressive move for the type of receiver Richard Sherman might not want to disrespect.

9. Buffalo Bills

Eric Ebron TE, North Carolina

The Bills flirt with exchanging picks with the Texans, but get quarterback EJ Manuel the big receiving target he needs.

10. Detroit Lions

Justin Gilbert CB, Oklahoma St.

There are some who believe Darqueze Dennard or Kyle Fuller is the best cornerback in the draft, but the Lions play it safe and take the one with the greatest upside.

11. Tennessee Titans

Anthony Barr OLB, UCLA

Some mockers had Barr slipping, but pass rushers generally go earlier than expected, especially freakishly gifted ones.

12. New York Giants

Zach Martin T/G, Notre Dame

The Giants wanted in on Ebron but nab the versatile Martin, who should start right away and help protect a battered Eli Manning.

13. Dallas Cowboys (trade with St. Louis)

Aaron Donald DT, Pittsburgh

Fearful of the Bears at No. 14, Jerry Jones moves up three spots to nab the difference-maker the Cowboys defense needs up front.

14. New York Jets (trade with Chicago)

Odell Beckham WR, LSU

The Jets have eight picks they can trade, and use one to jump four teams for the multifaceted Beckham.

15. Pittsburgh Steelers

Kyle Fuller CB, Virginia Tech

Dennard might get the nod ahead of Fuller here, but the Steelers gladly take the polished, versatile cornerback.

16. St. Louis Rams (trade with Dallas)

Calvin Pryor S, Louisville

A handful of promising quarterbacks are still on the board, but the Rams don't want to invest first-round money on one. Pryor is no small consolation.

17. Baltimore Ravens

Ha Ha Clinton-Dix S, Alabama

Despite his attempts to trade out, GM Ozzie Newsome takes Clinton-Dix, who could be a suitable heir to Ed Reed.

18. Chicago Bears (trade with N.Y. Jets)

C.J. Mosley ILB, Alabama

Mosley's a steal at No. 18 for the Bears, who picked up another selection along the way to improve a league-worst-run defense.

19. Miami Dolphins

Cyrus Kouandjio T, Alabama

The Dolphins try to trade out of this spot, but they address an offensive line that was partly responsible for 58 sacks allowed last season.

20. Arizona Cardinals

Blake Bortles QB, Central Florida

Bortles will need a year to develop, which is just fine with the Cardinals, who have Carson Palmer to mentor the young quarterback.

21. Green Bay Packers

Ryan Shazier LB, Ohio State

If the Packers pass on the athletically gifted Shazier, the Eagles would have to think long and hard about the inside linebacker.

22. Eagles

Brandin Cooks WR, Oregon State

Kelly and Roseman stay patient and get the small but quick and tough Cooks, who should soften the loss of DeSean Jackson.

23. Kansas City Chiefs

Marqise Lee WR, Southern Cal

The Eagles could opt for Lee instead of Cooks, but he drops to Andy Reid, who needs pass catchers for quarterback Alex Smith.

24. Cincinnati Bengals

Bradley Roby CB, Ohio State

The Bengals aren't typically scared off by behavioral issues and won't let Roby's recent run-in with the law deter them from filling a glaring need.

25. San Diego Chargers

Darqueze Dennard CB, Michigan State

The best man-press cornerback in the draft keeps falling and drops into the lap of a team that desperately needs help in the secondary.

26. Cleveland Browns (from Indianapolis)

Teddy Bridgewater QB, Louisville

With Derek Carr still available, the Browns take the quarterback who showed up on tape, not during his pro day.

27. New Orleans Saints

Jason Verrett CB, TCU

The Saints couldn't pull off a swap to get Cooks ahead of the Eagles, so Sean Payton takes the inside-outside versatile corner.

28. Carolina Panthers

Morgan Moses T, Virginia

The Panthers could try to find Steve Smith's replacement here, but there are plenty of starting-caliber receivers to be had in the next round.

29. New England Patriots

Xavier Su'a Filo G, UCLA

The Pats have this pick up for sale and could drop out of the first round, but Bill Belichick has to start thinking about replacing the aging Logan Mankins.

30. Minnesota Vikings (trade with San Francisco)

Derek Carr QB, Fresno State

The Browns could try to wait till pick No. 40 to get a quarterback, but one of the Texans, Rams, or Jaguars would likely pull the trigger early in the second round.

31. Denver Broncos

Joel Bitonio T, Nevada

The Broncos need linebackers, but expending the 31st pick on the second-tier group would be unwise when there is so much depth at tackle.

32. Seattle Seahawks

Jace Amaro TE, Texas Tech

The Seahawks could pick an offensive lineman or trade down, but if they stand pat they could help Russell Wilson with this sleeper tight end.
