PASSING OFFENSE: Michael Vick, who had nine turnovers, including six interceptions, in the first three games, was turnover-free Sunday night and completed 63 percent of his passes. DeSean Jackson caught just his six touchdown pass in his last 26 starts in the second quarter. He had five catches for 80 yards in the first half.

PASS DEFENSE: Eli Manning came into the game with a 97.1 passer rating and averaging 8.6 yards per attempt. Even with Nnamdi Asomugha leaving the game early in the second quarter with an eye injury, Manning completed just 14 of 26 passes in the first half and was 0-for-5 on third down, but came alive in the second half, completing 9 of his first 10 passes.
Grade: B.
SPECIAL TEAMS: The Eagles' coverage units, which entered the game ranked in the bottom third of the league, had problems all night neutralizing the Giants' return men. Punt returner Damaris Johnson fielded a punt at his own seven-yard line. Kicker Alex Henery nailed a 48-yard field goal late in the third quarter to put the Eagles ahead.
Grade: C-minus
