The Eagles inched closer to having all their draft picks signed by the start of Saturday's rookie minicamp when they agreed to terms with cornerback Brandon Boykin, guard Brandon Washington and running back Bryce Brown.

Only defensive tackle Fletcher Cox and quarterback Nick Foles remained unsigned. Cox, who arrived Friday at the NovaCare Complex in preparation for minicamp, said that he wasn't too concerned about his contract situation.

"We haven't talked about it yet, but I'm hoping here in a couple days or whenever it happens," Cox said. "The time has to come, so it's got to be done."

Five first round picks, including Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly, who was picked three spots ahead of Cox, have already signed contracts. The new collective bargaining agreement which put in place a strict rookie wage scale has sped up the negotiating process for many draft picks.

The Eagles have also signed linebacker Mychal Kendricks, linebacker Vinny Curry, tackle Dennis Kelly and wide receiver Marvin McNutt to contracts.

Rookies don't need to be under contract to participate in spring workouts. They do need to be signed by the start of training camp, which opens on July 22 for the Eagles.
