The Eagles will have a brand new set of starting cornerbacks next season as Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has agreed on a one-year deal with the Denver Broncos, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

This comes one day after the Eagles cut fellow underachieving cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha.

The Eagles have set out to purge themselves of almost every big-name free agent they signed during the summer of 2011, which also included defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins.

Rodgers-Cromartie and Asoumgha came to the Eagles amid much fan fare two seasons ago, but mustered a combined seven interceptions between them and were the victims of deep passes and missed tackles.
