Report: Former Eagles first-rounder Marcus Smith to sign with Seahawks
Two days after being released by the Eagles, Marcus Smith has found a new home.

It didn't take long for Marcus Smith to find a new home, as he will sign with the Seattle Seahawks, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The Eagles selected Smith out of Louisville in the first round of the 2014 NFL draft, but released him Wednesday after three uneventful seasons where he recorded 12 combined tackles and only four sacks.
Smith cleared waivers Thursday and will now join a defensive line in Seattle that includes perennial Pro Bowlers Michael Bennett and Cliff Avril, and a potential star in Frank Clark.
The Seahawks defensive line also includes another first-round pick that has yet to show promise in Dion Jordan.
