NASHVILLE — Eagles running back Corey Clement is inactive against Sunday against the Tennessee Titans after entering the game questionable because of a quadriceps injury. However, wide receiver Alshon Jeffery will make his season debut despite a virus that kept him out of practice on Thursday and Friday.

The other inactive are tackles Jordan Mailata and Matt Pryor; running back Darren Sproles; quarterback Nate Sudfeld; defensive end Josh Sweat;  and offensive guard Chance Warmack.

The Eagles have Jay Ajayi, Wendell Smallwood, and Josh Adams as their running backs with Clement and Sproles out of the lineup. DeAndre Carter will likely return punts for the Eagles. Carter was promoted from the practice squad this week after the Eagles put Rodney McLeod on injury.

Jeffery has not played since the Super Bowl. He underwent rotator cuff surgery during the offseason and was cleared for contact earlier this week. However, his illness kept him out of practice and caused him to be listed as questionable. He recovered from virus and is able to play.

All the other inactives were expected. Sproles was declared out with a hamstring injury.
