The Eagles clinched the NFC East by beating the Los Angeles Rams, 43-35 on Sunday at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

They also took over first place in the race for playoff seeding and home field advantage thanks to the Minnesota Vikings' 31-24 loss at the Carolina Panthers.

But the Eagles may have lost Carson Wentz for some time due to a knee injury he suffered late in the third quarter. Nick Foles finished the game in his place.

We'll have complete coverage throughout the night, so be sure to check back often.
