Flyers to meet Red Wings in London, Ontario

The Flyers announced Tuesday that they will make their annual preseason trek to London, Ontario, and meet the Detroit Red Wings at the John Labatt Centre on Sept. 22 at 7 p.m.

The Flyers announced Tuesday that they will make their annual preseason trek to London, Ontario, and meet the Detroit Red Wings at the John Labatt Centre on Sept. 22 at 7 p.m.

Tickets are set to go on sale on Saturday at noon exclusively through johnlabattcentre.com, by phone at 1-866-455-2849 or in person at the John Labatt Centre box office. Tickets are $100, $90, $80 and $65.

This marks the first time in eight visits to the John Labatt Centre in London that the Flyers will play the Red Wings. Previous games there have been against the Toronto Maple Leafs (twice), Ottawa Senators, New York Islanders, Washington Capitals, the Atlanta Thrashers and the Pittsburgh Penguins.
