Giryluk beat Kacey Carrig, 5-7, 7-5, 7-5, and the fifth-seeded Colts also got a three-set win from the second-doubles team of Jared Randazzo and Billy Freitag.

Kingsway beat visiting Shawnee, 4-1, in the other semifinal and will face Cumberland on Monday.

South Jersey Group 2. Sterling (20-1) matched last year's school record for wins in a season with a 4-1 semifinal triumph over visiting Haddon Township. Anthony Tang and Mat Leusner gave the Silver Knights an 0-6, 6-1, 6-1 comeback win at second doubles.

South Jersey Group 4. Straight-set singles wins from Ravi Yegya-Raman, Ross Silverberg and Max Rubin carried Cherry Hill East past visiting Toms River North, 5-0, and into the title match against Egg Harbor Township, a 4-1 winner over Toms River East.

Baseball

from clinching the Tri-County Conference Royal Division title by beating the visiting Crusaders, 5-2.

Dave Prager (two RBIs) and Dean Schaber (two doubles) had two hits each for the Spartans, who are tied with Delsea atop the division with one game left for each team. Winning pitcher Sheldon Johnson struck out 11 batters.

Olympic. A fourth-inning sacrifice fly produced the winning run for Washington Township in a 3-2 thriller at Cherry Hill East. The Cougars' loss allowed Cherokee to clinch the American Division championship.

Colonial. Steve Rizzo went 4 for 4, including a fourth-inning grand slam and six RBIs, to highlight Audubon's 14-0 success against visiting Collingswood.

Friends Schools. Despite posting a pair of doubles, visiting Moorestown Friends managed just three hits off Germantown Friends pitcher Mike Barsotti and lost, 11-1, in the league's playoff semifinals.
