Benefit for Lawrence is postponed

Because of expected inclement weather, a benefit for Woodrow Wilson High senior Shykem Lawrence has been postponed today and rescheduled for Sept. 15.

Lawrence was paralyzed in a football scrimmage at Eastern in August.

A show of classic car, truck and bikes, along with an Independent Wrestling Federation performance, was to aid Lawrence. It will now be held on Sept. 15 at Challenge Grove Park in Cherry Hill from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
