S. Jersey all-stars game is March 29
The 31st annual South Jersey all-star boys' basketball game, sponsored by the Al Carino Boys' Basketball Club and the Lions Clubs of South Jersey, will be held at 3 p.m. March 29 at Eastern High.
The 31st annual South Jersey all-star boys' basketball game, sponsored by the Al Carino Boys' Basketball Club and the Lions Clubs of South Jersey, will be held at 3 p.m. March 29 at Eastern High.
The West squad, coached by Collingswood's Joe McLoughlin, will feature Paul VI's Will Campbell, Burlington City's Kris Corry, Collingswood's Darnell McCargo, Rancocas Valley's Andre Byrdsong, Westampton Tech's Kemaal Brooks, and Highland's Dwayne Gland.
The East, coached by St. Joseph's Tim Gallagher, will be led by Timber Creek's Tyler Hines, Holy Spirit's Ryan Brooks, Oakcrest's Alex Nelson, Penns Grove's Dominique Roy, Clayton's Raymond Sanders, Salem's A.J. Saunders, and St. Joseph's Norm White.
Proceeds from the game help fund the basketball club's scholarship program, which has distributed more than $80,000 since the inception of the games, and the Lions Clubs' sight programs.
