Souderton, Pennsbury out of boys' volleyball tourney
Souderton and District 1 champ Pennsbury fell short yesterday in their bids to qualify for today's state semifinals during the PIAA Class AAA boys' volleyball tournament pool play at Penn State University.

fell short yesterday in their bids to qualify for today's state semifinals during the PIAA Class AAA boys' volleyball tournament pool play at Penn State University.
Each team won one match and lost two in the four-team Pool B competition, including Pennsbury's 25-17, 25-17, 25-22 win over Souderton. The Falcons also had beaten Souderton, 3-0, in the District 1 playoff semifinals.
Hempfield and Central York qualified from Pool B for the semifinals, and Cumberland Valley and North Allegheny advanced from Pool A.
