Hawks win to share Colonial title

The 100th career win for

Haddon Township

baseball coach David Dale was a memorable one yesterday as the visiting Hawks ended their season by beating

Woodbury

, 21-5, and clinching a share of the Colonial Conference championship.

Steve Williams went 4 for 5 with eight RBIs, including a two-run double, a three-run homer, and a two-run home run. Rob Harrington added a pair of doubles among the Hawks' 18 hits.

Haddon Township (18-6) and West Deptford (19-9) each finished with 16-4 league records.

After the Eagles' Brittany Feldman tied the game on a two-run double in the seventh, Robinson (2 for 3, three steals) dropped a bunt single, stole second, and scored on an overthrow when she stole third.
