Ryan Gordon scored twice before halftime to give West (9-1) a cushion, but the Vikings (9-0-1) came back as senior A. J. Tierce scored 19 minutes into the second half and Joe Keegan tied the game eight minutes later.
Tierce's sophomore brother, Nick, who assisted on Keegan's goal, knocked in the game-winner with five minutes remaining off an assist by Keegan.
Also in the Olympic, Triton's Matt Szafrin and Timber Creek's Nick Tierno traded goals in a 1-1 tie at Triton. Tierno tied the game midway through the second half.
With just 1:13 to go in the second half, Cherry Hill East's Gary Reiss scored off Todd Hummel's assist, breaking a 1-1 tie and making East a 2-1 winner over visiting Winslow Township. Winslow had tied the game three minutes earlier on Rich King's penalty kick.
Cherokee spotted visiting Bishop Eustace a 1-0 lead on a goal by Conall Guckin before the Chiefs rallied to win, 2-1, in overtime. Max Bernstein tied the game with six minutes left, and Sean Ferguson netted the game-winner with five minutes to go in the second extra period.
Washington Township dealt visiting Camden Catholic a 2-0 setback behind goals from seniors Jon McWilliams and Darryl Richardson. Another senior, Ryan Hornibrook, assisted on both goals.
Lenape turned single goals by Geli Carabases, Giovanni Tacconelli, Jackson Dartoe and Dan Zoltowski into a 4-1 victory over visiting Seneca.

In a meeting of the Patriot Division's top teams, Haddon Township (8-1-1) played visiting Gateway (7-2-1) to a 1-1 stalemate. Jay Casey scored first for the Hawks, and Casey Moran tied the game with nine minutes remaining with an assist by Dylan Karwoski.
Kyle Sheehan contributed two goals, and Andrew Bonnette assisted on Haddonfield's last three goals, wrapping up a 4-0 win over visiting Collingswood. Goalie Vincent DelDuca made four saves for his eighth shutout.
Ryan Ferrell's goal with four minutes left in the first overtime delivered Lindenwold's 2-1 thriller at Audubon.
Jake Perry scored twice and teammate Derek Eckley matched that feat, steering West Deptford past host Overbrook, 6-0. The Eagles' defense allowed no shots at goalie Ryan Gill.

Three goals in each half fueled Pennsauken's 6-1 win over visiting Woodrow Wilson. The Indians got single goals by Brendan Corcoran, Danny Patton, Ibrahim Alpha, James Comose, Dylan McGrath and Chaz Moss.
