Brad Mills won the individual title with a time of 15:38 and the Knights took the team title with 28 points.

Also placing for North Penn was Sam Bernitt (2d, 15:49), Brian Quintrell (5th, 15:59), Dominic Camasso (8th, 16:09) and Brian Kuntzmann (12th, 16:19).

Council Rock North turned in an equally dominating performance to win the National Conference title with 28 points.

Sean Keefe of Council Rock South placed first in 15:43 while the Indians were led by Dan Wallace (2d, 15:49), Chris Campbell (3d, 16:02), Mike Mahoney 6th, 16:21), Steve Pope (8th, 16:31) and Doug Rheiner (9th, 16:32).

Upper Dublin was challenged by Wissahickon for the American Conference title, but prevailed with 39 points, three ahead of the Trojans.

Mike Palmisano won for Upper Dublin in 16:01. He was followed by teammates Paul Reilly (2d, 16:02), Matthew Lorenzo (3d, 16:11), Patrick Reilly (4th, 16:26) and Sam Stortz (6th, 16:40).

The District 1 championship meet is on Friday at Lehigh University.

Del-Val.

Tyler Arias took individual honors and led two teammates into the top 10 for Glen Mills at the district qualifier race at Rose Tree Park in Media.

Arias won by posting a winning time of 17:27. Ralph Knox placed seventh in 18:14 and Abdon Leon was eighth in 18:15 for the Battling Bulls.

Soccer

Father Judge and North Catholic traded places at the top of the Catholic League Red Division standings throughout the season. But the Crusaders grabbed first place for good with a 6-0 win over visiting Monsignor Bonner.

Emmanuel Kollie paced Judge with two goals.

Kyle Mullen and Andrew McLane each picked up a goal and an assist and led St. Joseph's Prep past host Roman Catholic, 7-2.

Joe Nean, Pablo Martinez and Dan Micucci collected goals to give North Catholic a 3-0 win over visiting Cardinal O'Hara.

Joe Bozzelli scored notched a goal and an assist as Cardinal Dougherty beat visiting Bishop McDevitt, 2-1.

Archbishop Wood capped an undefeated league season with a 2-0 win over host Archbishop Carroll.

Rob McIntyre scored both goals for the Vikings.

Public.

Sporting a roster of freshmen and sophomores, Boys Latin clinched the Division C title with an 8-0 win over visiting FitzSimons.

Edmund Wright and Jesse Oyola scored two goals each for the Warriors.

Deo Sekte, Edinjo Stroka and Koboi Yarkpawolo scored goals and Franklin Learning Center edged Roxborough in overtime, 3-2.

Steven Gallagher scored twice to boost Prep Charter to a 3-1 win over visiting Furness.

Matt Dean scored the last of his two goals 3 minutes into overtime and gave Haverford School a 2-1 win over visiting Malvern Prep.

Tyler Regan struck for a pair of goals and led Germantown Academy past host Episcopal Academy, 4-2.

Greg Hill scored twice to lead Abington to a 2-1 win over visiting Central Bucks West.

Suburban One Continental.

Scott Jablonski, Craig Heckman and Christian Benner scored goals as Souderton tripped visiting Central Bucks South, 3-0.

Friends Schools.

Richie Schulz scored twice and added an assist to lead George School past visiting Moorestown Friends (N.J.), 4-0.

Shipley used goals by Mike Stewart, Keith Bradley, Gianluca Ridolfi and Zac Arch to beat visiting Friends' Central, 4-1.

Kenny Ross scored twice and sparked Academy of the New Church to a 4-0 win over host Abington Friends.

Gabe Kunz, Aaron Liss and Armin Kloesters chipped in with goals to lift Kimberton Waldorf to a 3-1 win over visiting Woodlynde.

Menuh Wiah notched a hat trick and led Penn Wood past Bartram, 6-1.

Lawrence Sobah scored a goal in each half and handed Upper Darby a 2-0 win over visiting Unionville.

Carlo Bettini and Eddie Lee each scored twice to help Hill School trip visiting St. Pius X, 8-0.

Anderson Gauffaint scored twice and helped Cheltenham beat Lower Moreland, 4-0.
