Phillips punched the ball up and over the crossbar for the 15th-seeded Hatters to beat the second-seeded Warriors.
It was the 19th save of the game for Phillips.
Jenna Gould's second goal came with 15 minutes left in overtime. Lauren Purvis assisted on all three goals.

Alyssa Tourdot scored a first-half goal that stood up in a 2-0 win over visiting Downingtown East. Jacquelin Coupe added a goal with 3 minutes, 28 seconds left to put the game away.
Tourdot's goal came with 28:45 left in the first half and was the first of two assists from Aubrey Bossert.
Strath Haven advanced by virtue of Noimon Goulden's first goal of the season in a 1-0, overtime win over visiting Boyertown.
Nicole Schuster's two goals gave host Mount St. Joseph a 3-1 win over North Penn. Jenny Sabia also scored for the Magic.
Casey Kellogg's goal early in the first half was all host Downingtown West needed to beat Council Rock South, 1-0.
Marlaine Schneider scored with 1:41 left to give unbeaten Neshaminy a 1-0 win over visiting Central Bucks West.
Nicole Bencsik's two goals were the difference for host Souderton in a 3-1 win over Unionville. Alayna Brown also scored for the Indians (9-8-3).

Second-half goals by Alexa Krajowski and Courtney Niemiec broke open a close game and gave host Little Flower a 3-0 Catholic League quarterfinal win over Cardinal O'Hara. Melissa Benson scored a first-half goal.

Lansdale Catholic scored a pair of second-half goals to beat visiting Cardinal Dougherty, 2-0. Melissa Chapman scored at the 43-minute mark and Megan Poiesz added an insurance goal 12 minutes later. Poiesz assisted on Chapman's goal and Alexa Shumate assisted on Poiesz's goal.
Kelsey Stevens scored three goals to power host Archbishop Ryan past Conwell-Egan, 5-0. The Ragdolls also got a pair of goals from Megan Tole and two assists from Christine Zambito.
Archbishop Wood advanced with a 2-1 win over visiting Archbishop Carroll, getting goals from Alyssa Verrillo and Monica Re.

Notre Dame outshot host Hill School, 29-7, but only Karen Guarino's shot found the back of the goal in a 1-0 nonleague win.
