Question:

What's the strength of the Kingsway team?

Answer: Our love for each other. We are so solid on and off the field. We work hard because we care so much.

Q: What it like playing for coach Sara Lewis?

A: It's pretty amazing. She knows so much. She's pretty hard on us sometimes but that's OK. We've got a good team and she wants what's best for us.

Q:

Have you decided on college?

A: My first choice is University of Delaware to study nursing.

Q:

Is this the end of your field hockey career?

A: Most likely. We have a big group of girls on this team that have been playing together for about six years. This is our last time together and we want to go out with a bang.

Q:

What do you like most about field hockey?

A:

Just the adrenaline rush that I get during the games. And just playing with my teammates. We're so close on and off the field.

Q:

What's your favorite food?

A: Anything Chinese.

Q:

Got a favorite TV show?

A: I'm going to say,

John and Kate Plus Eight

even though every time I turn it on everybody screams for me to turn it off.

Q:

What kind of music do you listen to?

A: Anything but country. I hate country.

Q:

What's your favorite subject in school?

A: Science.

Q:

What science course do you have now?

A: AP biology and honors anatomy.

Q:

What's your favorite thing to do besides play field hockey?

A: Every year since I was born my family has gone to the Bahamas. We usually go right after school and sometimes there's like 20 of us. The resort we stay at has tons of water slides and we also go jet-skiing and para-sailing. It's awesome.

Q:

How far can the Dragons go?

A: I think we can win states. We've come so far. We're so determined. We're not settling for anything less.
