Mancuso (26-2) rolled up a 15-0 technical fall with 15 seconds left in the match, handing McIlvaine (20-2) his second loss of the season.
For Pitman, Mike Anderson had a second-period pin at 112 pounds, and Padric Kinnarny hurried to a fall in 1:25 at 125 pounds.
In other nonleague action, Paulsboro (17-2) suffered its second loss, 48-13, at Central Jersey power Phillipsburg. The Red Raiders got pins by Sean Diemma (125 pounds) and Zachary Greenwald (215).
At Palmyra, Shawnee defeated the host Panthers, 54-21, as James Moody sped to a 24-second pin at 103, and James Mansfield dominated a 20-4 technical fall at 152.
Burlington City also beat Palmyra, 47-25, with pins by John Bockius (103), Richard Darroch (152), Josh Boone (171) and Tracy Menefield (285), and Palmyra got a win, 47-18, over Camden by winning three of the five contested weight classes.

Bishop Eustace won twice at home, pinning Cherry Hill East, 41-23, and adding a 58-18 win over Winslow Township. Tim Lenihan pinned East's Alex Bendik in 4:44 to clinch the win at 140 pounds, and Jason Gallagher provided a major decision and a first-period pin.
Cherokee disposed of host Paul VI, 43-16, behind consecutive pins by Mark Weaver (103), Joseph Ellis (112) and Rocco Angelozzi (119) in the lower weights.
In a quad meet at Lenape, the Indians squeezed past Seneca, 30-26, in a meet highlighted by John DiBiase's 4-3 decision over Seneca's Ryan Deveney at 189, and a pair of 7-2 decisions by Christian McGovern (135) and Brad Sanders (145).
Lenape also beat Millville, 52-12, with consecutive pins by Nick Nardelli (112), Hugh Nawn (119) and Zach Ubaldini (125), and again by McGovern, Sanders and Conner Wasson (145).
Also at Lenape, Seneca beat Lower Cape May, 45-20, and also topped Millville, 66-9, with two pins each by Dan Bailey (119) and Justin Peoples (140), and a pin and a technical fall from Mark Mariano (145).
Northern Burlington hosted a quad meet and won one of its three matches, 36-35, over Woodstown. The Greyhounds built a 15-0 lead with pins by Steve Knezick (189) and Joe Smylie (215), and later got a key 12-8 decision from Josh Jones at 135.
Willingboro claimed a 42-21 win over Northern Burlington, and Washington Township beat the Greyhounds, 63-10. For Willingboro, Drew Harris (215) and Aaron Pryer (119) had pins, and Township's win started with first-period pins by Colin Walsh (215) and Karch Connors (285).
Hammonton swept a quad meet on its home mats, 39-25, over Egg Harbor Township; 42-34, over Toms River South, and 50-13, over Moorestown.
For the Blue Devils, Josh Clark (140) piled up three pins, John Bakuckas (152) had two pins and a decision, and Nick Pagano (112) matched Mike Bakuckas (135) and Jake Bentsen (285) with two decisions and one pin each.
Egg Harbor Township rebounded with a 39-30 win over Moorestown with back-to-back pins by Tony Barhoum (145) and Matthew Capetola (152), but the Eagles suffered a 43-15 loss to Toms River South, despite quick pins from Zach Agostino (16) and Christian Santiago (285).
Colonial.
Haddonfield's strength in the lower weights, winning six of seven weights from 103 to 140 pounds, led to a 42-33 triumph over visiting Gateway/Woodbury. Patrick Schlitt (103), Logan Vielehr (119), Christopher Dengler (130) and Raymond Schlitt (140) notched pins for the Bulldogs.
Burlington County.
Delran improved to 17-2 with a 66-18 win at Riverside and a 60-15 triumph over Pemberton. For the Bears, Mark Denny (135), Ben Swezey (145) and Brandon Johnston (189) chipped in with two pins apiece.
Cinnaminson returned from Holy Cross with a 52-25 victory that featured wins by the Pirates in four of the nine contested weight classes, including pins by Mike McMahon (140), Joe Breder (171) and Tim Wright (215).
Cape-Atlantic.
By controlling the upper weights with pins by Chadwell Smith (160) and Cemah Torboh (189), and a decision from Clifford Farrell (171), Mainland trimmed visiting St. Joseph, 36-33.
