The snow that wiped out the beginning of the boys' and girls' basketball state tournaments Monday will cause many teams to double up.

The first three rounds are supposed to be played by this week, with teams that win playing every other day. Now, many will be forced to play on consecutive days.

Here are the snow scenarios put out by the NJSIAA, courtesy of assistant director Larry White.

Teams snowed out of first-round games Monday should have played the first game yesterday. The winners will play a second-round game today and a third-round game on Friday.

Teams that were supposed to play a first-round game yesterday and were unable to play will have to play a first-round game today. Winners will play second-round games tomorrow and third-round games on Saturday.

If a team was supposed to play a first-round game Monday and was snowed out and was not able to play yesterday, the first-round game will be today. Wiiners will play in the second round tomorrow and third round on Saturday.
