The teams combined for 30 hits, including nine homers, in the six-inning game that was stopped by darkness. Shawnee's Eric Sellitto also homered three times for eight RBIs.

Barbieri went 4 for 4, walked twice, drove in seven runs and scored three times. The Chiefs' Chris Garrett and Shane Lynch also homered.

In other Olympic action, Bishop Eustace stifled visiting Eastern, 10-0, on Kevin Casey's one-hit pitching with eight strikeouts. Greg Brodzinski drove in three runs with a homer and a single.

Adam Warburton slapped a pair of singles, scored twice, and drove in a run for Washington Township en route to a 5-3 triumph at Timber Creek.

Colonial. Sterling piled up a dozen fifth-inning runs to make a winner of reliever Dan Joyce in a 16-7 win over visiting Paulsboro.

Kevin McGahey belted a grand slam and handled the pitching for Lindenwold in an 8-4 win at Collingswood.

Chris Davis' first-inning homer started Haddonfield's 6-2 win at Audubon.

Burlington County. Al Antuzzi tripled in two runs during an eight-run first inning that fueled Delran's 17-7 win at Westampton Tech.

Riverside pulled away from host Pemberton for a 12-4 win, aided by Don Strain's grand slam.

Tri-County. Junior catcher Dan Viveiros doubled, tripled, and knocked in four runs as Gloucester sank visiting Schalick, 11-2.

Mike Gartland (four RBIs) and Nick Core (three RBIs) had three hits each for Gloucester Catholic in a 17-2 win at Glassboro.

Adam Misero and Derek Falen each went 3 for 4 and in Salem's 15-3 win at Wildwood.

Cape-Atlantic. Buena plated two fourth-inning runs on a pair of errors and held off visiting St. Joseph, 3-1. Dave Silipino had two hits, two stolen bases, and two runs scored while Sawyer Brown fanned eight Wildcats in 41/3 innings.

Holy Spirit's E.J. Stolzfus drove in four runs with two doubles, and C.J. Wallowitch homered among three hits in an 11-5 win over visiting Lower Cape May.

Nonleague. Rancocas Valley junior Dan Koneschusky fashioned a 5-0 complete-game no-hitter at Winslow Township. Koneschusky struck out five and walked five, and was backed by Matt Szukics' two-run homer.

Randy Chaiz poked four hits and drove in four runs, fueling Pennsauken Tech's 11-2 victory at Woodbury.
